I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how much Mariann and I have enjoyed the stone patio you installed at our home. It has been such a wonderful addition. As soon as the weather improves in the spring we can't wait to get outside, cook, eat and just enjoy the view. It's such a relaxing retreat and feels just the way we envisioned it.
If you have anyone that is considering a project like the one you completed for us we would be delighted to share our experience with them. We were very impressed with every aspect of the process. I especially appreciated the incredibly professional design work you provided based on our rudimentary drawings and ideas. We also appreciated your comprehensive cost estimation and especially your ability to built such a complex project on time and within our budget. Your detailed knowledge of the building process and honesty with regard to estimating costs was commendable. We also appreciated the dedication of the construction crew assigned to our project. As you know, I had very high expectations with regard to the quality of the construction. However, your attention to detail and the responsiveness of your employees to our concerns made this project work out exactly as we had hoped.
I can still remember that first night when all of the basic work had been done and we first turned on the patio, fountain and landscape lights. Our first expression was "OH MY! This is so great!" and we just kept saying it over and over again. Frankly even after nearly 2 years we still feel that way. This patio truly makes our home so much more enjoyable. We love entertaining our friends and do so outdoors on our patio whenever possible. In the spring, summer and fall we eat our evening meal outside whenever possible and often linger over a glass of wine into the late hours of the evening just talking, watching nature and listening to music until dark. Our family and friends love the patio and especially the fountain and the fire pit with the built in seating. There's just something about an open fire in a cozy setting that feels so good.
Again David, thanks for making our vision become reality. We are so thankful that we found you and decided to proceed with this project. It's definitely been the best home improvement decision I've ever made.
